Vega Infante Red Wine
Grapes chosen by tasting and analysis, from vines between 50 and 120 years old. After a previous maceration at 10ºC, we ferment between 22 and 24ºC. After its discovery, approximately 20%, undergoes its malolactic fermentation in barrels. We will obtain a young and modern wine with traditional touches.
