The best small grain Muscatel grapes are selected, macerated at 14ºC, fermented with selected yeasts at 16ºC and then fresh Moscatel must is added.
It is refermented in an isobaric tank using the Charmat-short technique, under a temperature control of 16ºC until reaching a maximum of 2.5 bars. It is filtered with an isobaric tangential system and bottled with a residual natural sugar from the Moscatel fresh must itself.
Very fruity, with pear and apples flavours and citric fruit aromas.
Refreshing, fruity and young. The gas gives a creamy effect with fruit aromas combined with a slightly sweet but fresh finish.
