The three varieties are vined separately, the coupage of said varieties is elaborated and fresh Moscatel must is added, it is referred to in an isobaric tank using the Charmat-short technique, under temperature control of 16ºC until reaching a maximum of 2.5 bars .
It is filtered with an isobaric tangential system and bottled with a residual natural sugar from the Moscatel fresh must itself.
Very fresh and intense, with ripe fruits aromas.
Refreshing, fruity and young. The gas gives a creamy effect with fruit aromas combined with a slightly sweet but fresh finish.
