Basic information on data protection
The cooperative path in Utiel stemmed from an ambitious group of farmers who, with the support and influence of politicians, were able to move in the right direction.
We will take a tour of our exciting history. We will see the entire winemaking process, from when the grapes get to the winery, to the barrels and tank rooms. We will end in the tasting area, where we will taste a selection of our best wines paired with cold meats from Utiel.

If you are passionate about wine and want to discover ours, look no further and reserve a place at “Alone with your wine”.
You can enjoy this experience in our wine shop “Vinoteca del Pasaje”, located on Calle San Fernando no. 20 in Utiel.
Each attendee will be served three of our wines. You will be provided with a tasting template and data sheets of each of the wines chosen for the occasion. This way, you can taste the wines at your leisure.

The underground cellars on Puerta Nueva street in Utiel will be the first stop for our visitors. You will learn about the structure of these wineries and the winemaking process in the 18th century.
Afterwards, we will take a tour of our amazing winery and our exciting history. We will see the entire winemaking process, from when the grapes get to the winery, to the barrels and tank rooms. We will end in the tasting area where we will taste a selection of our best wines.
The visit will end with a lunch in a typical Utiel restaurant.
