Vega Infante Crianza
Grapes chosen by tasting and analysis, from vines between 50 and 120 years old. After a previous maceration at 10ºC, we ferment between 22 and 24ºC.
After its discovery, approximately 20%, undergoes its malolactic fermentation in barrels. We will obtain a young and modern wine with traditional touches.
Red berries appear on the nose ripe together with balsamic and light aromas spicy.
In the mouth it is tasty, with good tannic balance and well structured.
