The grapes are chosen by tasting and analysis from stocks which are between 50 and 120 years old. After a previous maceration at 10ºC, we ferment it at a temperature of 22 to 24ºC. After devatting, approximately 20% undergoes malolactic fermentation in casks. We then obtain a young and modern wine with traditional touches.


It is a true reflection of the light and the Mediterranean sun in its vibrant deep cherry colour, in its elegant blackberry and black plum aroma with subtle vanilla hints, and in its complex flavour, where the Mediterranean forest fruit preserve is harmonised with delicious smoky touches.


Consume at 14-16ºC with any kind of grilled or stewed meats, foiegras, grilled vegetables and any kind of cheese.
