PRODUCTION

BOBAL variety of grapes, chosen by tasting and testing, from old vines. After prior maceration at 10º, it ferments in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 22-24ºC. As a result a young, modern wine is obtained with aromas characteristic of the variety.

TASTING

A faithful reflection of the Mediterranean sunshine and light with its bright mature cherry colour, elegant aroma of blackberries and black plums.

COMBINATION

Consume at 10-12ºC with poultry, barbecued vegetables, rices, pastas, shellfish and foie-gras.
