Selection of the best Macabeo grapes. Pre-fermentation maceration to extract aromas. After a rigorous desmangado or separation, it ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 12-14ºC maximum. Obtaining a wine with many fruity aromas and great freshness and round in the mouth.


Brilliant, pale yellow colour, with green reflections. Elegant aroma with varietal expression, fine flowers and an exotic hint of white fruit. Full-flavoured mouth, fresh and good aftertaste.


You can enjoy the wine with all kinds of shellfish and seafood, both raw or with sauce, vegetable gratin, smoked foods and fresh and cured cheeses. Serve between 10 and 12ºC.
