The “Castillo de Utiel” series represents the winery’s most traditional wines. All of the wines are made from grapes meticulously selected in the vineyard as well as upon entering the winery. Utiel growers painstakingly and lovingly cultivate the fruit on prime grape- growing land, situated in the heart of the DO and endowed with a Mediterranean microclimate that benefits from Atlantic influences. The wines are made with the latest technologies at the winery’s disposal and with cutting-edge enological techniques, but always with respect for the area’s firmly rooted viticultural traditions.

Morello cherry coloured, with iodine tones and a slight hint of Spanish roof tile. Intense nose with a perfect ensemble of toasted and spice aromas, chief among them sweet vanilla. It is broad, unctuous and enveloping on the palate, with a finish worthy of the best wines.

Enjoy with red meats, lamb roast or stew, big game, ox meat, aged cheeses, and charcuterie. Serving temperature: between 18º and 20ºC
